definitely budget-friendly

the room was clean and had a comfortable bed, TV, and a coffee maker. plenty of cable channels were available. parking was free and safe. breakfast included coffee, cereal, and pancakes. it's about a 20 min walk to the nearest Bart station at Balboa Park. easy access to public transport.
